The Ismaili Center construction continues its progress. Welcome to this month’s glimpse of this landmark project. We're thrilled to share the major milestones achieved in recent weeks.

• With construction advancements across many areas of the space, we are pleased to share that the wall framing phase is 60 percent completed. This crucial step lays the foundation for the structure's stability and durability.

Another essential aspect of the construction process, the internal topping slab, has been successfully installed, reinforcing the center's foundation.

While all this work continues, attention to detail is paramount, and we're proud to report that work on internal finishes is progressing smoothly. These finishing touches will contribute to the overall ambiance and functionality of the space.

• The installation of the striking glass curtain wall is well underway and has surpassed the 60% completion mark. This architectural feature enhances the center's aesthetic appeal and allows natural light to flood the interior, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• We're also pleased to announce that all major mechanical and electrical equipment has been successfully installed. This infrastructure ensures the smooth operation of the center's systems, paving the way for a seamless experience for visitors.
• The team’s commitment to creating a serene and beautiful environment extends to the North Garden, where six fountains have been artfully installed, adding a touch of tranquility to the landscape. Tiling work is also taking place, which will ultimately enhance the aesthetic appeal of the outdoor space.
