Job Responsibilities -
- Maintaining the ambience and products at the store
- Managing customer relationship & attrition *Promoting schemes & offers
- Managing all leads generated through goggle,e-commerce
- Managing production, billing & logistics of e-commerce business
- Handing over e-commerce sold products to logistics
- Meeting customers expectations by recommending changes to product or services and websites
- Providing support for strategy development and sales performances.
- Proficient with Microsoft office Applications, MS Access and others
