The cumulative effects of land and ocean pollution can be devastating for human well-being and the health ecosystem. Armed with reusable rubbish sacks and gloves, sanitiser, health and safety briefings, the Ismaili Civic Community rolled up their sleeves and joined in to make the beaches and parks cleaner and safer for all.
The Hon. Minister Priyanca Radhakrishnan, local MP acknowledged the contribution of Ismaili Civic as one of the partner organisations supporting the clean-up event on Saturday 9th April at Taumanu Reserve, Seacliff Road, Onehunga.
