Kitab Corner

Due to the rapid rise in Covid-19 cases in London, the Kitab Corner postal service has been temporarily paused. We apologise and thank the Jamat for your understanding at this difficult time, while our teams continue to devise ways to support the Jamat's needs in a safe and secure way.

In April 2020, ITREB UK launched the Kitab Corner postal service. During an uncertain time, this remote service aimed to provide comfort and solace to members of the Jamat of all ages, and enabled individuals and families to request devotional material, curriculum books, and other publications to be sent to their homes during the temporary closure of Jamatkhanas.

We are often encouraged to find opportunity in a crisis. The current global situation could be a chance to take a different perspective, to break out of a standard routine, and engage in lifelong learning. You might choose to finally spend time with a book you've always wanted to read, or to read something you might not usually have a chance to.

The Kitab Corner service enables members of the Jamat to request the following:

  • Devotional material, including Du’a books, Ginan books, the recently published Farman books, or even a tasbih
  • Curriculum material, including Primary curriculum (Ta’lim) and Secondary curriculum books
  • Other materials, including IIS and AKTC publications

Once you have finished reading the book requested, you may choose to return it when Jamatkhanas reopen, or you can keep it in your home as reference material for you and your loved ones.

To request a book, please email [email protected] with the following details:

  • Name
