How much does delivery cost?

There is a £6 handling fee for each order up to 4kg. Orders above 4kg will incur an additional handling fee. In addition, shipping costs are charged based on weight and destination. For some destinations, you may be able to choose between having your shipment tracked or not - there is an additional charge for tracking. The exact costs related to delivery will show up on screen when placing an order.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Items shipped from The.Ismaili shop are handled by a third party provider. Each order incurs a fixed handling cost, and the remainder is determined by the weight and shipping destination of the order.

The shipping cost seems quite high.

Since items are physically located in France, most orders are subject to international shipping charges. As this is a new project for The.Ismaili, we are carefully monitoring the entire process, and if there is a way to reduce costs, we will certainly update these in the future.

The cost of shipping is higher than my items.

As some items are heavy and fragile, the costs of shipping can quickly add up. Ordering only one very light weight item will also lead to high shipping charges. You may wish to consider partnering with friends or family members to place a single order for multiple items and avoid all paying separate shipping charges.

How long does delivery take?

Processing and shipping of orders will take approximately 4-6 weeks, depending on the shipping address.

I don’t see my country as an option for shipping. What should I do?

If you would like us to ship items to a country not listed, please contact us using our contact form and select “The.Ismaili Shop” as your Subject.

How can I track my order?

If you have selected the tracking option, you will receive an email or text message to confirm that your order has been dispatched. This will contain a tracking number, which you can use to track your delivery with the courier.

Can I specify a day for delivery?

Unfortunately we cannot specify an exact delivery slot.

Where are orders shipped from?

Each order is shipped from France.

Will I be charged customs duty?

You may be charged customs duty depending on the country you are shipping to and the order total.

When I try to place my order, the system is telling me there are no shipping methods available for my cart or address. Why?

If you’re ordering multiple items, our system may not be able to handle the shipping weight. Please contact us using our contact form and select “The.Ismaili Shop” as your Subject with details of your order so that we can arrange special shipping for your order.

Can I place a bulk order?

Subject to availability of items, this should be possible. To discuss details, please contact us using our contact form and select “The.Ismaili Shop” as your Subject.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, due to the speed of processing and shipment, we are unable to cancel orders after they have been placed.

When will I be charged?

Payment will be charged at the time your order is placed.

I haven’t received my confirmation email. What should I do?

You should receive your order confirmation within 30 minutes of ordering. You may need to check your spam or junk folders. If you still haven't received your order confirmation, please contact us using our contact form and select “The.Ismaili Shop” as your Subject.

Can I return an item for a refund or exchange?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time.

I have received a faulty item. What should I do?

Due to the fragile nature of some products, items may become damaged during transit. If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us using our contact form and select “The.Ismaili Shop” as your Subject.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and Google Pay.

I don’t see the DJ Memorabilia items I was looking for. Are there more items?

Not all products are available at this time. Only those products listed on the.ismaili/shop are currently available. More products will be added to the site in the coming weeks.
