The "Youth Talks" programme is an exciting new initiative designed to provide a platform for young individuals to engage in meaningful discussions, challenge assumptions, and explore diverse perspectives on significant societal and community issues.

How many Muslims are we in the whole World? What is our position on euthanasia? How do we manage to maintain balance between material and spiritual life in our daily lives?

All of us grapple with these kinds of questions at some point in our lives. Questioning is essential in the development of the intellect, as it allows for the development of critical thinking, through the deconstruction and construction of new and different perspectives, and above all, as a process that allows us to mature and reflect on our identity, ethics, and values.

It is with great enthusiasm that we announce the launch of the "Youth Talks" program! A program that seeks to provide young people with a space where they can participate in meaningful conversations, challenge prejudices, and explore diverse viewpoints on various significant topics to our community.
The inaugural session of "Youth Talks" is scheduled for next April 13, 2024, at 1:00 pm, at the Ismaili Center, Lisbon under the theme "Demystifying Islam - Ask us your questions at lunch".
We invite all young people between the ages of 15 and 30 to join us at the first session of "Youth Talks," where you can actively participate in an enlightening conversation and expand your knowledge and understanding of Islam.

Mark your calendars and be part of this transformative program. To register and for more information please contact the ITREB secretariat through [email protected].
We look forward to seeing you there!
