Seniors from Lisbon (with Oeiras) and Seixal had sessions on the May 26th and 29th.
Virtual contact does not, in any way, exclude physical contact. However, the use of smartphones, computers and tablets by seniors has currently become indispensable on a daily basis, creating new forms of communication, helping them in their daily routine.
