The CCO provides leadership to position each company at the forefront of industry in a changing environment.
He/she is responsible for developing a strategic plan to advance the vision, mission and goals of IPS and promote industrial and infrastructure development that impacts the communities where IPS operates.
The ideal candidate should be a strategic and operational leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and experience in start-up companies and mature organizations, preferably in the Africa and Asia regions or across multiple countries, as well as results-oriented in cross-functional teams and across a range of industrial and infrastructure sectors.
IPS businesses in Africa and Asia incorporate the most appropriate advanced manufacturing technologies in a wide range of projects, from export-oriented agro-industries to printing and packaging and infrastructure.
