Healthy Hints
Take a look at the fibre. For a dessert, three grams per serving is a good amount. That’s more fibre than you’d get from a slice of whole grain bread, and the heart healthy fats from nuts also make this a good choice. The only downside is the calories, so go easy on your main course.
