Rare Gems event held in collaboration with the CEO Clubs Network’s Business Women Division

The prevalent theme was to inspire and motivate women to reach greater heights in their chosen careers by learning from successful and notable women who have managed to shatter the glass ceiling. ‘Rare Gems 2’, an acronym for Refocus Action Result Exceed Grow Empower Motivate Shine, served as an opportunity to enthuse those striving to get ahead in their careers.

Since most of the speakers and attendees had not previously visited the Ismaili Centre Dubai, the event was capped off with an enlightening tour of the Centre. The afternoon was indeed a treat, as a conversation ensued about high-powered ladies, a celebration of their successes, and an inspiration for others on the lower rungs.
