- 750 grams chicken, (I prefer using boneless chicken)
- 250 grams wheat
- 3 cardamom
- 3 cloves
- 2 one inch stick cinnamon
- 1 tsp kabab chini1 tsp cumin seeds1 tsp shahi jeera
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 green chili, slit
- 3 onions, finely sliced
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tsp turmeric powder
- 3 tsp red chili powder
- 2 cup yogurt, beaten1 cup oil/ghee
- 3 tbsp coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
