  • 750 grams chicken, (I prefer using boneless chicken)
  • 250 grams wheat
  • 3 cardamom
  • 3 cloves
  • 2 one inch stick cinnamon
  • 1 tsp kabab chini1 tsp cumin seeds1 tsp shahi jeera
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3 green chili, slit
  • 3 onions, finely sliced
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 3 tsp red chili powder
  • 2 cup yogurt, beaten1 cup oil/ghee
  • 3 tbsp coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
