The International Film Festival was one of three anchor events of the Jubilee Arts International Arts Festival. Taking place at NOS Cinema within the Vasco da Gama Mall in Lisbon, the film festival presented the diversity and talented work of filmmakers from around the world.
Prince Hussain and Prince Aly Muhammad attended the Diamond Jubilee Celebration on 8 July, to join members of the Jamat in viewing films, including a screening of Prince Aly Muhammad's short film Close to Home.
