Now more than ever, our mental state and well-being have been put at risk. The course offered by Yale University, “The Science of Well-Being,” teaches the many ways our brains function and how sometimes we do not know the implications of how it functions in the long-term. There are a lot of small habits that we can implement, which make difference to our personal well-being. Knowing and working towards our own well-being can bring up immense happiness.
