Launched in April 2019 for students aged 11 and up, our residential programme allows students from across the world to study at the Academy.

The Aga Khan Development Network on the 22th May 2020  partnered with the Oeiras Municipal Council to provide medical and individual protection equipment to Guinea-Bissau, in support to the country’s  response to the coronavirus pandemic.

Celebrated on the 25th of May every year, Africa Day is the annual commemoration of the foundation of the Organisation of African Unity (OAU) (now known as the African Union) on 25 May 1963. At the Aga Khan Academy Maputo, it is a day to promote unity and solidarity among African states and is celebrated with great pomp and splendour.
