Plan Your Festival Visit

Preparing for the day info:
What can I expect?
The Talent Showcase and Film Festival programs will take place inside the Performance Hall at the Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts. Outside the Performance Hall festival goers can attend creative workshops, discussions and visual art stations will be set up throughout the venue across various floors.
Each Talent Showcase and Film Festival will feature different artists with a variety of perspectives and talents. We encourage festival goers to enjoy the range of artistic programming elements inside and outside of the performance hall throughout the day. The day pass allows for in and out privileges so plan to experience the Festival for the day to gain the full experience.
Where is the entrance?
There is only one entrance to the festival, located at 145 Queen Street West. Doors will open at 9:00am on Saturday and 8:00am on Sunday.
Will food be available?
Food and will not be available on the premise for purchase, and will not be allowed in the performance hall. Guests will be permitted to enter and exit the premises throughout day of the festival. Numerous restaurants and food trucks are within walking distance of the venue and guests may exit and re-enter the festival as needed regularly.
Light refreshments will be available for purchase at the venue
Where can I park/Can I take public transit?
Parking available at the Green P under Nathan Phillips Square for $8 per day.  The entrance to this lot is accessible off of Queen Street, and/or the Southside and Northside of Bay Street.
We encourage the use of public transit as the subway entrance, Osgood Station (TTC) is located less than 1 minute away from the venue. The Queen Streetcar also stops directly outside the venue at the corner of University Avenue.
For festival goers in attendance requiring an elevator, direct elevator (and stair) access into the building is available via the South East exit of Osgoode Subway Station on the Yonge-University-Spadina Line.
Are cameras permitted/Can I take photography?
Yes! You are permitted to take photographs and share your experience on Instagram using the hashtag #JACanada #CelebrateTheArts #OneJamat #DiamondJubilee. Please note that flash photography is strictly prohibited in the performance hall during the Film Festival and Talent Showcase.
Performance Hall Etiquette
For your enjoyment, and the enjoyment of the people around you at the Festival, please remember theatre etiquette. Talking, coughing, humming and unwrapping cellophane-wrapped candies will disturb the performers as well as those audience members around you. Please remain in your seats until the programme has completely ended.
Art Gallery Etiquette
Please be respectful to the artists and the art and refrain from touching the pieces.
