1. If I buy a ticket for March 24 and would now like to go March 25, is my ticket still valid?
 
  • To manage capacity at the Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts, tickets are only valid for date purchased. Refunds not available.
 
2. When will a detailed schedule be published with artist performance information?
 
  • A detailed schedule will be available shortly. Event programming is underway. Our hope is to have a detailed schedule to share after March 10.
  • A select number of tickets will be made available once the artist programming schedule is published to accommodate family members wishing to support certain artists.
  • The Art Gallery will be available for viewing at all times during the Festival days on March 24th and March 25th. To support artists showcased in The Art Gallery, we encourage you to purchase tickets shortly after they go on sale as we expect a high demand for tickets.
 
3. Will tickets be sold at the door?
 
  • To manage capacity at the venue, tickets will be sold online only until March 23 or until sold out.
  • Should tickets still be available on the day of the festival, they will be available at the door.
  • Updates will be shared through our instagram channel. Follow us on Instagram @jubileeartscanada for updates.
 
4. Is there a standard ticket price? Are there different prices for children, students or seniors?
 
  • General Admission ticket prices are the same for all jamati members.
  • Patrons 2 Day Festival and Platinum 2 Day passes are also available.
 
5. What are the different ticket options? Is there one standard ticket for the event?
 
  • An individual day pass is available for Saturday March 24 or Sunday March 25. Each ticket is valid for the date selected. Tickets cannot be used for any other date than for the date purchased.
  • Each day pass is valid for one day of the Jubilee Arts National Festival only, which provide unlimited access to The Art Gallery, The Talent Showcase and The Film Festival. Included in these tickets is also access to the Creative Workshops.
 
6. What is the ticket cancellation policy?
 
  • All sales are final. Tickets cannot be refunded.
 
7. Are tickets transferable to others?
 
  • Tickets can be transferred, however this is the responsibility of the ticket owner and cannot be facilitated through the Jubilee Arts Team.
 
8. Will I be able to access the Talent Showcase live online?
 
  • Highlights of the Festival will be shown at each Jamatkhana on Saturday, March 24th during Navroz celebrations. 
 
9. Once inside, can I leave the venue and come back?
 
  • Yes we allow in and out privileges. However, please make sure to have your ticket/wristband present when doing so.
 
10. What if I lose my online ticket confirmation and forget to print my ticket? Is there a way to present myself in person at the venue?
 
  • Yes - provide your name and email address used to complete your ticket purchase along with your ID.
 
11. Do I need to print my ticket?
 
  • Both mobile and printed tickets will be accepted.
  • Note that printed tickets will make access into the hall faster and more efficient
 
12. Is flash photography allowed in the auditorium and art gallery?
 
  • Flash photography within the performance hall will not be permitted as this is disruptive during performances.
 
13. I have a guide dog, am I able to attend?
 
  • Yes, you may bring a guide dog.
 
14. Can I bring my mobile phone?
 
  • The use of mobile and smartphones and all other electronic devices is extremely disruptive and is strictly prohibited during performances. Phones should be placed to silent in the performance hall.
 
15. Will coat check be available at the venue?
 
  • Coat check will be available; all guests will be responsible for their personal items.
 
16. Where is parking located? How much does it cost?
 
  • There is parking for approximately 200 vehicles underneath the building. The parking entrance is on York Street, south of Queen Street. Cost is $22
  • Additional parking for all events is just steps away at the GREEN P lot under Nathan Phillips Square. Cost on Saturdays and Sundays (7:00 am- 7:00 am) is $8
 
17. What if I am late for one of the talent showcases?
 
  • If you are late or leave the auditorium during the performance, you will be seated during a break in the performances.
 
18. What is the attire at the Jubilee Arts National Festival?
 
  • There is no dress code for the festival. You may wear anything which is casual, comfortable and respectful.
  • In consideration of patrons with allergies, please avoid perfumed beauty products and fragrances.
 
19. Can I reserve seats in the auditorium for the talent showcase and film festival?
 
  • For the enjoyment of all guests, seats cannot be reserved. Seating is general admission and first come, first serve.
 
20. Is food allowed in the venue?
 
  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the venue.
 
21. Will food be sold at the venue?
 
  • Food will not be sold at the Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts.
  • There are many restaurants close to the Centre.
 
22. Is the Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts accessible?
 
  • Yes. Features include:
    • Elevator access to all levels of the venue
    • Braille on directional signage and in elevators
    • Every washroom is wheelchair accessible
    • Unisex single transfer washrooms are available on Rings 2, 3, 4 and 5
    • Wheelchair accessible designated locations throughout all levels (except Ring 5) in most price levels
    • A limited number of parking spaces in the underground parking garage are reserved for patrons requiring a wheelchair location, subject to availability.

23. Where is the Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts located and how do I get there?
 
  • The Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts is located at 145 Queen St. W., on a full city block bordered by University Avenue, Queen, Richmond and York streets. The main entrance is at the southeast corner of Queen and University.
Subway Entrance
There is direct stair and elevator access into the building via the southeast exit of Osgoode Subway Station on the Yonge-University-Spadina Line. The Queen Streetcar stops outside the building at the corner of University Avenue.
 
GO Transit
From Union Station, walk 10 minutes north along Bay St. to Queen St., and west along Queen St. to University Ave., or take the subway from Union Station to Osgoode Station. Visit GoTransit.com for more information.
 
Passenger Pick-Up and Drop-Off
The designated drop-off area is on the east side of University Avenue between Richmond and Queen streets.

FROM THE WEST (DETROIT, LONDON, PEARSON AIRPORT)
Take Highway 401 East to Highway 427 South. Take QEW East to Gardiner Expressway. Exit at York Street and proceed north to Richmond Street West. Turn left on Richmond Street to University Avenue. Turn right on University Avenue
 

 

FROM THE EAST (MONTREAL, KINGSTON)
Follow Highway 401 West to the Don Valley Parkway. Take the DVP south to Richmond Street exit. Head west on Richmond Street to University Avenue. Turn right on University Avenue
 
FROM THE NORTH (BARRIE, SUDBURY, NORTHERN ONTARIO AND BEYOND)
Take Highway 400 south to Highway 401 East to Don Valley Parkway. Take the DVP south to Richmond Street exit. Head west on Richmond Street to University Avenue. Turn right on University Avenue
 
FROM THE SOUTH (NIAGARA FALLS, BUFFALO)
Take QEW East to Gardiner Expressway. Exit at York Street and proceed north to Richmond Street West. Turn left on Richmond Street to University Avenue. Turn right on University Avenue
 
 
24. Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child?
 
  • If the child is young (2 or under) and will be sitting on the parent’s lap, then purchase of an additional ticket will not be required. If the child requires their own seat a ticket will be required.
 
25. Will artists get festival passes? 
 
  • The artist will have a festival pass, meaning access to both days of the festival. One chaperone will also receive one chaperone festival pass, if the artist is under the age of 18.
 
26. Do chaperones have to purchase tickets? 
 
  • As part of the artist's registration, Chaperones will receive a festival pass for the weekend. Chaperones, for those under 18 will have one chaperone ticket. However, for all others, family members and friends will need to purchase tickets. 
 
​​​27. Can I sign up for workshops?
 
  • Workshops will be held in the Richard Bradshaw Amphitheatre, located among the second floor of the Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts. Admission is on a first-come, first served basis and seating is limited. 
 
28. What are nearby hotels?
