Esperamos que os monitores dos Youth Camps sejam jovens disponíveis para ajudar os participantes, interessados, atentos, responsáveis e dedicados. Os monitores têm um papel muito importante e um grande impacto na experiência da criança. Por isso, devem ser pessoas que mantêm um espírito positivo, conseguem lidar com situações de stress e são flexíveis.
We expect the Youth Camps facilitators to be young people willing to help the participants, interested, attentive, responsible and dedicated. The facilitators have a very important role and a great impact on the child's experience. Therefore they should be people who maintain a positive spirit, can handle stressful situations and are flexible.
O principal objetivo dos Camps é garantir a felicidade e proporcionar a melhor experiência aos participantes, focando-nos em dar amor, respeito e um ambiente de partilha a todos.
