The Ambassador of Mexico to the United Arab Emirates, Her Excellency Francisca E. Méndez Escobar, visited the Ismaili Centre and met with Leaders of the Ismaili Community.
Deputy Consul General of France to the United Arab Emirates, Marie-Laure Charrier, visited the Ismaili Centre Dubai and was accompanied by one of her colleagues.
H.E. Sheikha Mai Bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, President, Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities and Meisa Batayneh, Principal Architect, Founder, Maisam Architects and Engineers, Jordan visited Ismaili Centre, Dubai. Both are members of the Aga Khan Award for Achitecture Steering Committee.

Three artistes from Portugal - André M. Santos, Ana Laíns and João Pedro Vaz - sang and played Fado guitar, the soul of Portuguese music and songs, at the Ismaili Centre Dubai.
