The Talent Institute strives to identify, develop, and promote world-class talent in sports, arts, education and youth leadership and to engage that talent to contribute to the development of the Jamat and the communities and societies in which we live.
We have an opportunity to develop excellence in competitive sports, build a culture of health and fitness, and encourage the pursuit of arts, to maximise individual potential. Without exposure, encouragement and guidance, many individuals miss the opportunity to excel in the area of arts or athletics. Those who do excel should pursue avenues to share their knowledge and experience. Additionally, we need to leverage and showcase ambassadors who can model our values and ethics as well as the diversity of Muslims around the world, in arts and sports.
