Media Manager (The Ismaili TV)

This role will be required to work closely with the TV Content Scheduler and Content Coordinator to ensure that media files are received from each Country/Series in good time and ready for broadcast. Attention to detail is required to ensure the files received adhere to the timings of the daily schedule. This role requires a time commitment of 6-8 hours a week.

Job Description

-Coordinate with country contacts and series owners to ensure that their episodes are received in good time before broadcast

-Ensure Daily Schedule contains the edit notes, slate information, promotional copy for the TV guide, as specified by the Content Coordinator.

-Work with internal team members (content coordinator / scheduler) to move specific media assets into correct locations ready for broadcast

-Checking daily asset timing matches with daily schedules

-Work with internal team members on managing shorter ‘filler’ content assets and ensuring that they are in the correct locations ready for broadcast
