e-Learning Coordinator

The Ismaili digital team requires a talented, competent, and organised e-Learning Coordinator to help develop and launch a new online learning platform for digital content creators and publishers. This is an ideal opportunity to implement best practice, and contribute to the continued innovation and growth of The Ismaili. A time commitment of approximately 2-3 hours per week is required.

Job Description

  • - Oversee all aspects of the e-Learning system from receiving work requests, to setting up projects, and assigning and delegating accordingly
  • - Produce, curate, and prepare materials, resources and scripts for high-quality content learning
  • - Work with learners to gain feedback to support continuous improvement
  • - Thorough understanding of the project details and specifications to ensure e-Learning platform is planned and executed to a high standard
  • - Ensure all projects are carried out in a timely manner

Skills & Qualifications

  • - University degree: Bachelors or Masters
  • - Experience in managing e-Learning projects
  • - Ability to work with, learn from, and mentor others
  • - A passion for learning and innovation
  • - Ability to assess roadblocks and work with team members to resolve
  • - Ability to clearly communicate the project requirement and goals
