Content Scheduler (The Ismaili TV)

This role will be required to work closely with the TV Content Coordinator to build a high level weekly schedule and associated daily schedules for The Ismaili TV. Attention to detail is required to ensure the timings of the schedules are aligned and that this is reflected on the TV Guide. This role requires a time commitment of 6-8 hours a week.

Job Description

-Create a high-level weekly schedule for country programs and other series.

-Convert the high-level weekly schedule into a timed daily schedule ensuring the video timings are aligned to fill the day.

-Ensure Daily Schedule contains the edit notes, slate information, promotional copy for the TV guide, as specified by the Content Coordinator.

-Manage the live schedule and receive requests that come in each day.

-Coordinate with the various National Councils that produce weekly shows to ensure that their programme slots are held accordingly, and that repeatable elements of their programme are identified in advance and delivered.
