The Content Reviewer will review content identified by the TV Content Coordinator to ensure suitability for The Ismaili TV. As part of the review, the candidate will need to make edit notes for editors, identify titles, and write the TV Guide entry for this piece of content. A time commitment of approximately 12-14 hours per week is required.
This role will be required to work closely with the TV Content Coordinator to build a high level weekly schedule and associated daily schedules for The Ismaili TV. Attention to detail is required to ensure the timings of the schedules are aligned and that this is reflected on the TV Guide. This role requires a time commitment of 6-8 hours a week.
This role will be required to work closely with the TV Content Scheduler and Content Coordinator to ensure that media files are received from each Country/Series in good time and ready for broadcast. Attention to detail is required to ensure the files received adhere to the timings of the daily schedule. This role requires a time commitment of 6-8 hours a week.
The Content Coordinator will need to identify content produced from various regions to determine what can be aired on The Ismaili TV. The candidate will be responsible to request the original media and check the content is suitable for global viewing, as well as coordinate reviews by the Content Reviewers. This role will require a solid leader and clear communicator with strong analytical skills. A time commitment of approximately 6-8 hours per week is required.
The TV Guide Manager is responsible for entering all the data related to the TV schedule onto the TV Guide so that the viewers always have accurate information about upcoming programmes. A time commitment of approximately 4-5 hours per week is required.
The Ismaili digital team requires a talented, competent, and organised e-Learning Coordinator to help develop and launch a new online learning platform for digital content creators and publishers. This is an ideal opportunity to implement best practice, and contribute to the continued innovation and growth of The Ismaili. A time commitment of approximately 2-3 hours per week is required.
This role will require managing day-to-day content posted through the various social media channels of The Ismaili. The ideal candidate will help plan content for these channels as well as manage the calendar of the pipeline of the scheduled content. The Content Manager will also be writing the captions when needed and monitoring comments on these various platforms. A time commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per week may be required with a certain degree of flexibility in terms of schedule.
The Ismaili digital team is looking for two assistant editors to help perform the day-to-day duties of The Ismaili digital platform, such as writing and editing, maintaining and updating the website, troubleshooting problems, training, and supporting team members. A time commitment of approximately 10 hours per week is required.
The Ismaili digital team requires a number of talented, competent, and eloquent copy editors to assist with creating, revising, and editing written content for the web, helping to maintain our high standards of publishing and consistency of voice. This is an ideal opportunity to implement best practice, and contribute to the continued innovation and growth of The Ismaili. This role requires a time commitment of 3-4 hours per week.
The role will require creating visual works that can be displayed on our various The Ismaili platforms including TV, Website, and Social Media. This role may require and not limited to, storyboarding, creating frames for animation, and pulling frames together into moving pictures. We are looking for a creative designer that can work independently as well as collaboratively with strong communication skills.
The Ismaili digital team requires someone with the ability to effectively communicate and support the team for administrative duties which include managing and distribution of emails being received, setting up meetings and taking notes and follow up on actions at meetings. A time commitment of approximately 1-2 hours per day is required.
