On January 30, 2019, Bell Let’s Talk Day, the Ismaili Centre, Toronto launched a three-part series - Minding the Gap: A Conversation on Mental Health from Stigma to Treatment Innovation.
The Aga Khan Garden, Alberta is a space for connection, enjoyment, contemplation, and education.

Mawlana Hazar Imam will visit Canada in October 2018 at the invitation of leading civil society institutions. During this time, Hazar Imam will attend a special ceremony for the inauguration of the Aga Khan Garden, Alberta, to be presided over by the Honourable Rachel Notley, Premier of Alberta. He will also be awarded honorary degrees by three Canadian Universities for his achievements, and contributions to humanity.

Prince Aly Muhammad, the youngest son of Mawlana Hazar Imam, joined a crowd of thousands on 17 June to launch the 34th annual World Partnership Walk in Toronto, an initiative of the Aga Khan Foundation Canada (AKFC). 

Purpose: To consider our own assumptions and biases about Islam and our role in combating misperception.
