The Ismaili Centre, Vancouver was taken to the moon on a virtual exploration by Aga Khan Museum’s Sr. Exhibitions Manager Sarah Beam-Borg. This was a unique behind-the-scenes exploration of “The Moon: A Voyage Through Time” exhibit currently on display at the Aga Khan Museum in Toronto.

UK-based architect Farshid Moussavi has been selected to lead the design of the Ismaili Center, Houston — the first Ismaili Center in the USA.

Circles of Tusi

Following the successful launch of the Circles of Tusi exhibition at Northwest London Jamatkhana in April this year, and a further two events at Birmingham in June and Leicester in September, it was time to bring it to the Zamana Space at the Ismaili Centre London.

Rays of Light: Glimpses into the Ismaili Imamat, an exhibition depicting his commitment through the past 60 years to uphold the Ismaili Imamat’s mandate of improving the human condition. His humanitarian work has benefitted all; regardless of gender, race, religion, or nationality. Its unique layout offers to visitors a multi-sensory experience of 250 photographs, evocative music, and multimedia presentations. Ten years on, the relaunched exhibition includes technological enhancements to provide more extensive insights into the scope and scale of the work undertaken by Mawlana Hazar Imam.
