Technopreneur Zaynah Bhanji, aged 15, spoke of the future potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to help improve quality of life in parts of the developing world.

The annual Ignite Summit, organised by the Aga Khan Economic Planning Board in Canada, was held in Calgary earlier this year. Each instalment of the conference is hosted for entrepreneurs to meet, discuss themes of relevance, and exchange ideas. London, 13 January, 2016 — Nick Boles MP, Minister of State, Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, was at the Ismaili Centre in London to discuss the new National Living Wage and why it is good for business and the economy. The discussion addressed a number of aspects, including the policy's likely impact on businesses at large, and also certain sectors relevant to members of the UK Jamat.

Thousands of visitors came out to see the Pan Am flame light up the Aga Khan Park at its inaugural event held on 5 July. Reflections — Celebrating our Cultures and Communities united the spirit of the Pan Am Games with a Silk Road theme.

The Aga Khan Park will come to life on 5 July when the Pan Am lantern makes an appearance at the park’s inaugural event Reflections: Celebrating our Cultures and Communities. The Pan Am flame represents the spirit of the Games taking place in Toronto this summer.
