Information over the weekend

An Information Team will be available to provide details of all activities and programmes that are being held over the weekend.


Food & Drink

Breakfast: Cavendish Hall, 7am-9.30am

  • A selection of pastries served warm

  • Toast – white, brown & granary
  • Selection of fresh fruits 
  • Tea 
  • Coffee 
  • Water 
  • Fruit juice 
  • Chicken sausage 
  • Fried egg

Lunch: Rutland Hall, 12pm-3pm

Cooked food will be served including vegetarian options.

Dinner: Sherwood hall, Derby hall and Rutland hall: 6.30pm-9pm on Friday, 7pm until 9.30pm on Saturday and Sunday

The Kid's Menu will include:

Macaroni Cheese with Peas & Sweetcorn, Battered Chicken Bites & Chips, Jumbo Fish Fingers, Vegetarian Burger & Chips, Four Cheese Tortellini, Garlic Bread, Tikka Drum Stick & Potato Wedges


First Aid

First Aid will be located in the First Aid room within the David Ross Sports Village (DRSV).


Lost and Found

The Lost and Found will be located at the Information Desk within the East Midlands Conference Centre (EMCC).


Car Parking

All available car parks will be clearly sign posted. Car-parking will be free of charge throughout the weekend.


Security

Please ensure that all cars are locked securely, and that you have removed all your belongings from them. If you see anything suspicious, please report it to the ESF Information Desk or to a member of the Security team.
