A week-long Celebration in Lisbon, Portugal is being held from 5-11 July 2018, to mark the culmination of Mawlana Hazar Imam’s Diamond Jubilee.

Programmes and events will include:

  • The International Arts Festival – the finale of the national Jubilee Arts festivals that have occurred around the world, including Talent Showcases, an International Film Festival, and an International Art Gallery
  • Two Jubilee Concerts – featuring artists including Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Salim-Sulaiman, Nobovar, Cheb Khalid, and Vishal-Shekhar
  • Two exhibitions – Rays of Light and Ethics in Action – to learn more about the work and achievements of Mawlana Hazar Imam over the last 60 years
  • Pátio Mela – a space for connections, conversations, and celebrations
  • A Diamond Jubilee Darbar to conclude the Jubilee year
