This year's clean-up campaign across Australia was a milestone year with a million volunteers joining from all over the country, the local media and local governments acknowledge the incredible community effort.
This year, Ismaili Civic Brisbane was chosen as one of the flagship sites and invited local media channels - channel 7 and channel 9 news.
The Ismaili Civic and local community volunteers worked consistently to collect bags of rubbish which included:
