Sema Yoga is an AKYSB initiative launched in 2017.
Integral to our yoga practice is the idea of listening in to your body, utilising physical postures which surf the breath, as a moving meditation.
Far from yet another new style of yoga, our class is simply Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow. Our focus is on creating a shared space to explore our beautiful tradition with body, mind and soul. Sema Yoga is an experience and an opportunity to connect with the breath and movement of your body. All levels and multi-faith family members are welcome to join.
